LATE REGISTRATION from 29/08/2024 until 04/09/2024, 23h59: 45 EUR
REGISTRATION
ONLY by online registration before 04/09/2024, 23h59.
To register please verify that your account is added to a registered academy. You can join an academy on the academy’s page (approval by an academy manager could be required).
The organization of Flanders BJJ Cup reserves the right to close the registration when we reach full capacity.
Important message about the academies: the academies of the registrations must be EXACTLY the same to add the academy points and to avoid a match between team mates in the 1st round of a bracket. You can change your academy by logging into your account. IMPORTANT: ONLY the ‘Academy’ field in the registration form will be taken into account for the prize for ‘best academy’. The Affiliaton/Team field will NOT be taken into account.

PAYMENT
The fee has to be received on our bank account on 04/09/2024, 23h59 the latest.
The amount to be paid will be computed by the day you made the payment, not the day you registered for the event.
REGISTRATION CHECK DAY
ALL ATHLETES MUST CHECK THEIR REGISTRATION INFORMATION ON THE REGISTRATION CHECK DAY – September 6th ON THIS WEBSITE.
The athletes must make sure that their information is correct by checking the website on the athletes list for their:
1. Weight WITH gi (zero tolerance at weigh-in)
2. Belt
3. Name and academy information
CORRECTIONS
If there are any mistakes on the information the athletes need to edit their registration on their personal account.
Go to Account > My account > Your registrations > Edit.
The deadline is September 4th, 23h59. After the registration check day, no changes will be made and no refunds will be given.
During the tournament, any mistakes on the brackets will lead to immediate disqualification.
OTHER INFO
Before each fight, athletes can be asked to show their IDs to the officials. Make sure you have it at hand.
